JACKETED KETTLE

Functional requirement Ghee boiler (Steam heated kettle) will be used for the manufacturing of ghee from butter or cream.

This is three jacket, fabricated from SS 304 material. The inner jacket is closed, by hemispherical dish from the bottom and top is covered. The plate thickness is selected to suit pressure. The volume of the vessel is 500 ltr. The outer jacket is steam jacket. This is fabricated from SS material. This jacket has, steam inlet, condensate outlet, and safety valve connection. The steam is distributed in the jacket with the help of pipe. The kettle is then insulated by glass wool insulation and finally cladded with SS sheet.

BALANCE TANK

The tank will be fabricated from SS sheets of AISI 304 quality of 2mm thickness .The tank will be of welded construction. Welding done by argon arc welding process .All the welds will be ground smooth and will be subject to dye penetrate test .The dye will be tested with water fill up test. All the SS surfaces will be well reduced. The tank will be provided with following.

1 No SS milk inlet
2 No SS milk outlet
3 No SS legs fitted with SS ball feet.

TRANSFER PUMP

The transfer pump will be designed to generate the required head. The pump will have 1HP motor .The motor will be directly coupled to the pump having 2900 RPM and TEFC design std.

Functional Requirement: soft water will be supply to hot water boiler and hot water pipeline for making up constant level of water.
Design: The rectangular MS tank will be fabricated from ms sheets of 3mm thickness. The tank will be of welded construction. Welding done by arc welding process. The tank will have outlet for free and drainage of water. With inlet and outlet connections, manhole with covers, and gauge with cock.
Finish: All the welds will be ground smooth and all All the MS surfaces will be painted with enamel paint after two coats of primer.

Chimney. Capacity: 6 Meter
Functional Requirement: through chimney the hot water boiler fume gases and smoke will be exist
Design: The round MS pipe will be fabricated from ms sheets of 3mm thickness. The pipe will be of welded construction. Welding done by arc welding process.
Finish: All the welds will be ground smooth and MS surfaces will be painted with enamel paint after two coats of primer.

WATER SOFTENER :
Water softener for Boiler, Resin quantity 150 Liters, body HDPE. Output between regeneration, at 100 ppm is 50,000 Liters, salt required is 10 Kgs. Per regeneration, water pump 1.00 Hp.
Single multi port valve operation, corrosion resistant light weight vessel, effective ion exchange resin TN 40, simple to install, operate and regenerate, low maintenance, very few moving parts.

HOT WATER PIPE AND FITTINGS :
M.S. ‘C’ class pipes and fittings comprising of bends, check valve, gate valve will be provided for interconnection of hot water generation. Hot water pump and heating section of pasteurizer.

INSULATION AND CLADDING :
Hot water pipe (2 inch) lines, will be insulated by pipe section thermo Cole covered by 22 g Aluminum Cladding.

ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING :

The above equipment will be mechanically / electrically installed and commissioned. All the above equipment i.e. milk reception, milk process, storage, pouching, heating, refrigeration & electrical etc shall get erected, positioned at sit, put into operation both mechanically & electrically as per the diagram submitted and approved by you .The plant will be tested and after trial & training of two weeks will be handed over to you.
